To complete a bedroom booking, the following information is required:

• exact check-in and check-out dates
• a valid Visa or MasterCard number
• the complete address and phone number of each person staying in the room/suite.
• the gender of each guest (please specify male or female)

Individuals or Small Groups:
We welcome individual guests and small groups (up to a maximum of 19 bedrooms). To book your accommodations, please select individual or small group from the drop down list above.

Pre-Arranged Groups:
Group accommodations have been pre-arranged by your organizer, please consult them for further details.  Please select your group by name in the drop down list above.

New Group Booking:
Please contact us to make arrangements for your group.

International Exchange Students:
Special arrangements have been made for you to check into Queen's early. Please select International Exchange Students on the drop down list to book your room

Linens, towels and soap are provided but when you pack remember to bring a hair dryer, personal toiletries, and favourite pillow (if desired).
