WHERE DO I REPORT MY LOST CARD?

  • Monday – Friday 8 am to 4 pm: You may report your lost card to the Queen’s Hospitality Services Office in E022, Victoria Hall.

  • Monday – Friday 4 pm to closing and on weekends: You may report your lost card at The Lazy Scholar in Victoria Hall.

Please note that you are responsible for the safekeeping of your card. Unless you report your card as stolen, Queen’s Hospitality Services will not be able to protect your A.M.P. Dollars or My Funds. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds for losses on cards that have been lost/stolen and not properly reported.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY CARD IS STOLEN? If your card is stolen, report it to Queen’s Hospitality Services as outlined above. In addition, you should report the theft to Queen’s Campus Security (36733).

HOW DO I EAT IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN? Once you have reported your lost/stolen card, your A.M.P. Dollars/My Funds will be “locked”. You can continue to access meals in the dining hall. You will be asked to provide your student number and photo ID to enter the dining halls.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I FIND OR REPLACE MY CARD? When you obtain a replacement card, from the Registrar’s Office (Richardson Hall), we are automatically notified and your new card is activated by the next business day. Once your new card is activated, your old card cannot be used.
