WHERE DO I REPORT MY LOST CARD?
Please note that you are responsible for the safekeeping of your card. Unless you report your card as stolen, Queen’s Hospitality Services will not be able to protect your A.M.P. Dollars or My Funds. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds for losses on cards that have been lost/stolen and not properly reported. |
