NEW ACCOMMODATIONS LISTING SERVICE LAUNCHED

Community Housing is pleased to announce the launch of the first phase of the New Accommodations Listing Service. In the future this new service will allow for landlord self-service, more robust filters, and more. Click SEARCH RENTAL LISTINGS on the menu at left for more.

AN CLACHAN & JOHN ORR TOWER APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN

Applications are now open for students (including sub-tenants) who wish to apply for a September lease for An Clachan or John Orr Tower (this does not apply to current tenants of An Clachan or John Orr Tower). Application Forms are now available here.

CHANGE IN PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING WORK ORDERS

As a result of staffing changes, work order processing will be handled by Community Housing staff effective September 1, 2009 until further notice. Tenants requiring maintenance assistance are asked to submit non-emergency work orders via the online maintenance form (instead of by email to resfcc@queensu.ca). There are no changes to the after hours emergency work order requests (please refer to your tenant handbook for more information).
